BELLE

Belle was given up by her owner for economic reasons.  Belle is 9 months old, very good with children, and likes male dogs.  Walks nicely on leash and is crate trained.  She cannot live with cats.

 

   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

LADY

GINGER

 

Ginger was also given up by her owner when the owner changed jobs and didn't have any time to spend with her.  Ginger is 1 1/2 years old, about 90 pounds, and very playful.  She cannot live with cats but loves to be around children and adults.  She will do fine with a mellow male dog.

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CHEYENNE

CAMMIE

We call this little red girl Yettie, since she has such big feet!  Cammie has clearly been a beloved dog, as she was spayed and has good manners.  She came to us as a stray from a New Jersey shelter.  She was so matted they had to shave her.  Her fur is mostly grown back now.  She is a playful loving girl with a great sense of humor.   We think she is about 6 years old.  She is too playful around cats, so shouldn't live with them. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


MINDY

Mindy' foster mom says Mindy makes them laugh every day.  Mindy, now 1 year old, loves to cuddle and have her tummy rubbed.  She is very active and quite smart!   She should not live with cats but would love an active male doggie playmate.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Puppy– Abby 

 

Abby came to us when her breeder was unable to sell her.  She is feisty, adventurous, and loving.  She is 7 months old and will probably weigh about 80 pounds full grown.

WOLFIE

Wolfie is a happy 2 year old boy who loves nothing more than to lean against you for petting.  He'd like to be a lap dog!  He is vision-impaired; he has detached retinas from an untreated infection.  But that certainly doesn't stop him from being a fun guy, as you can see from his happy face !  He can see large shapes and still play with his toys and go for long walks on leash.         

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

RIKA

Rika is 7 months now, 75 pounds, and cute as a button.   She was given up by her owner when they realized they didn't have time to take care of a pup.

SERENITY BLU

Serenity is gorgeous!  She was an owner give up with her son, Joe.  They spent most of their life on the end of a chain but are easy going and loving.  They do not need to be adopted together, but would like that.  Serenity is 7 years old and weighs about 70 pounds.

   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

SHERRY

Sherry is a breed dog from a puppy mill.  She was going to be killed but a rescuer stepped in to save her.  Now that she has a life of ease, she is downright silly and acting like a goofy pup.  She plays nicely with male dogs and is very affectionate.  She is 6 years old.  Sherry prefers to be outside most of the time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dominic

JOE HANDSOME

Joe is 5 years old, the son of Serenity Blu.  He is also mellow like his mom, affectionate and loving!  Doesn't pull on leash and really enjoys his walks.


 

 

 

 

 


MYAH

DIEGO

 

Diego is a big galoot of a Malamute, easy going and happy.  He is excellent around children, despite his large size.  He already has some obedience training under his belt and was housetrained.  His owners gave him up when they divorced.  He cannot live with cats.

 

     

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

TEABERRY

This poor little girl came to us when a Good Sam saw her neighbors shooting at her.  The police then tried to chase her away using pepper spray. Despite that, she is very trusting and loving — she came right up to the Good Sam and jumped into her car.  She is no more than 2 years old and weighs 60 pounds.
